Mark Bogner
We’re delighted to welcome Ohio author Mark Bogner back to Parallel Universe Books.
Mark is an independent science fiction writer with more than twenty years of storytelling experience.
A lifelong sci-fi enthusiast, he draws inspiration from decades of ideas, experiences, and wonderfully strange bits of knowledge he’s gathered along the way—many of which eventually make their way into his stories. In addition to writing, Mark runs a small social media company focused on creative storytelling.

A young man finds himself on the wrong side of a government experiment – after a rogue group of former students from his facility attack and destroy everything, claiming many innocent victims, including his mentor. It’s up to him and his misfit team, who are just coming into their abilities, to investigate and solve the thrilling tale of who, what, where, and why. The team soon finds that they are up against more than they bargained for as they sacrifice everything they know and love – including some of their own people. Did they make a difference? Or, was it all for nothing?
