Two washed-up, alcoholic superheroes get into a fatal DWI. In return for completing a rehab program for a mysterious government entity called The Agency and fighting crime for them, the government will drop all charges stemming from the vehicular homicide. If they relapse, they go straight to prison without a trial. The two disgraced superheroes discover the most difficult mission is staying sober.
